Accessible Yoga
Accessible Yoga is a gentle, adaptable approach to movement that honors every body and every level of mobility.
Rooted in breath, awareness, posture, and mindful movement, these practices are designed to support physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing β whether you move a little, a lot, or somewhere in between.
Drawing from my background in ballet, yoga, Face Yoga, and personal experience with spinal cord injuries, I offer creative and supportive ways to explore movement that can be practiced seated, standing, or modified to meet individual needs.
The focus is not on perfection, but on connection β reconnecting to your body, calming the nervous system, improving posture and mobility, and creating greater ease, confidence, and self-expression.
Accessible Yoga is for every age, every ability, and every body.
